Finion MemberCash buys membership fees and other receivables and assumes the full risk for chargebacks for these. All purchased receivables are paid out, less the Finion MemberCash fees. This means that fitness studios have to absorb fewer losses due to uncollected or reversed payments.
With MemberCash, we optimize your contribution management and take care that you have your full membership fees directly in your account on the day of the direct debit. In the process, you even save money, because the classic bank charges such as costs for direct debits and reversals are completely eliminated for you.
Our pricing is fair, transparent and dynamic. The price is calculated per transaction and adapts to the chargebacks that actually occur.
Our contracts have a minimum term of 3 months.
According to the terms and conditions, the acquired members must have their residence in Germany or Austria. A bank connection outside of Germany and Austria is possible as long as it is in the SEPA area.
Deposit insurance is not necessary, as Finion does not hold deposits. We keep the money from the direct debit collection in escrow collective accounts at reputable banks. This ensures that this money can be clearly attributed economically.
