You have an outstanding payment for your fitness studio contract or a booked additional service that could not be successfully collected. If a payment is not made on time, a reminder can arise or the fitness studio can hand over the process to Finion FairPay for follow-up.
Finion Capital is the official partner of many fitness studios. We handle the member payment transactions on behalf of your studio. This also includes the dunning process, which we carry out in our own name.
Finion DebtCollection is the official debt collection partner of many fitness studios. We handle the debt collection and receivables management on behalf of your studio or in cooperation with Finion Capital.
You can pay your open invoice very easily online via our member portal. Various payment options are available there. You can find the payment details in your letter.
If the open claim is not paid, the procedure can be continued and legal measures may be initiated. This can lead to additional costs and negative effects on your credit rating.

A cancellation does not exempt you from payments that are already due. If you would like to terminate your contract, please contact your fitness studio directly.
